On Wednesday 15th May, Berry hosted a buffet lunch with tea and cake at both of its office premises in Salisbury and Whiteley in order to dedicate some time for staff to think about Mental Health Awareness Week.
Conversation cards were used as prompts to start discussions about everything from people’s earliest memories, to their favourite biscuits, to ways in which to improve mental health.
Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 13th to 19th May and provides a platform for people to be able to more openly discuss mental health and how we can strike the right work/life balance. Follow #mentalhealthawarenessweek for more information.
In conjunction with Berry’s focus on employee mental health, the Company this week was pleased to announce a new staff benefits package which gives employees access to a range of complimentary services including:

Upon launching this new range of employee benefits Berry HR Manager Kerry Hill said:
