Due to Berry Telecom's rapid expansion, our Customer Service and Network team is looking for an additional person to assist with customer enquiries, issue resolution and to help with processing faults on the network.

The successful candidate will above everything else have faultless time management skills. The person who will take this role will have very clear and concise communication abilities and follow through on all promises made to customers. Berry's Customer Service and Network team prides itself on offering exceptional service and rapid turnover of resolving issues for our customers.

Role responsibilities include:

  • To respond to and process payment requests
  • Initial communication to Cost Analysis of account enquiries
  • Process re-costs, liaising with the sales executives, ensuring correct processes are adhered to
  • Respond to customers’ requests for account information
  • Processing customer retention
  • Support Network faults, log and update the end user
  • Generating GNP forms for Berry's team of Engineers
  • CPS – IDA Checks – ensuring the network is picking up call traffic
  • Check incoming customer service emails and log to relevant departments
