We're looking for someone to support our UK Leasing Manager, to ensure a smooth customer journey is maintained from the point of sale via our Field Sales Team to the installation of our phone systems by our Telecoms Engineers. This role will ensure that all the correct paperwork is obtained and that the customer is kept abreast of the on-boarding process. Berry prides itself on providing exceptional levels of customer service, and this role plays a key part in the customer's introduction to our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the initial formal processes of becoming a new Berry customer are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
