Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Director and supported by a Mobile Specialist you will be responsible for growing berry’s mobile sales offering. Selling to our telecoms client base as well as identifying new client opportunities, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting. 

You will propose and undertake sales campaigns in order to develop both our mobile offering and to establish the mobile division as a key contributor to berry’s revenue stream. 


Key Responsibilities:



·       To make outbound sales calls to our telecom customers and prospects. 

·       To follow up any mobile leads generated by our other sales departments, Field, Telecoms. 

·       To work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team to ensure the mobile strategy is delivered on time whilst meeting the sales targets/KPIs. 

·       To build effective relationships with our internal departments ensuring the smooth connection and ongoing management of any mobile related products. 

·       Propose and deliver sales campaigns, in collaboration with both the Sales Director and the Marketing Executive. 

·       To meet and exceed the growth and revenue targets. 

·       Work in collaboration with the Mobile Specialist, ensuring quotes, hardware and connections are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. 

·       Providing sales reports and commentary to the Sales Director and the board at timely junctures.  


Person Specification:


·       Previous and proven experience of selling mobile products is essential. 

·       An aptitude for sales along with a passion and drive for meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

·       Positive, proactive with commercial acumen. 

·       The ability to secure client relationships and overcome any challenges. 

·       Self-motivated, resilient and a team player.  

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
