Experience Telecoms Engineer Required for Technical Support Desk
Berry Telecom needs a new pair of hands for it's Technical Support Team. This position is office based in Salisbury and will be responsible for providing assistance to Berry's customers to resolve their technical issues remotely.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Engineer that has knowledge of the Ericsson-LG and Samsung telephony platforms and various CTI/Call Recording solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly responsive, perform well under pressure, have effective time management skills and understand the importance of clear communication and customer service skills.
