Customer Service – Role Highlights
The focus of our Customer Service team is firstly to ensure the transition of our customer’s previous telecoms supplier to Berry is as smooth and efficient as possible. Berry will take care of all the ‘behind the scenes’ transition work and keep the customer informed at every step of the way. Once the customer is on board with Berry, this team will ensure smooth billing procedures, customer correspondence and query handling. Highlights of our Customer Service roles include:
