Field Sales at Berry - Role Highlights

Our Field Sales Team members travel around the UK to visit businesses that would like to find out more about Berry Telecom’s products and services. Team members will need to get a very comprehensive understanding from the client about their current business operation and what they’d like to achieve with a new phone system. It is the Sales Consultant’s role to create and cost up the most appropriate telephony system what is fit for purpose today, but will also see the business into the future. Highlights include:

  • Earn at least £72k a year
  • Company car – a top of the range Mercedes, BMW or Audi
  • The latest smartphone, laptop and high quality uniform
  • 21 days annual leave, an extra day for your birthday & an extra day per each year of service (capped at 30 days in total)
  • You will spend at least 4 days a week on the road
  • Quality accommodation and meal allowance will be provided
  • Incentives & rewards including company-wide holidays abroad, team nights out, team building days
  • Back Office Support – A team of real admin whizz kids have your back. Once paperwork is signed, our admin team will take care of everything else
