Berry is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Cook to the position of Group Sales Manager. Martin officially takes up the reins on Monday 4th November and will be responsible for the Telemarketing, Inbound Sales, Field Sales Teams and Sales Support teams.
Berry’s Board of Directors would like to extend a warm welcome to Martin from the Berry team. Berry Sales Director and Co-owner Simon Langford on the appointment said:

We know Martin has a lot of knowledge and experience that will enable our team to become even stronger. He has a fantastic team here waiting to support him. He will have all the tools and resources he needs to further build on our previous successes.”
Martin Cook has experience as a Sales Director and has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 22 years. His most recent role was Sales Director for Communicate Better, a business technology company based in Warrington.
Martin started his career in the industry in 1997 for Pure Telecom as a Sales Executive. After a few years he joined a new start-up telecoms company, Logicom, as a Sales Manager. During this time he built up a successful Network Sales team which generated a significant revenue stream. This was instrumental to the value of the business when it sold in 2006.
In 2006, alongside two Directors from Logicom, Martin then joined another new start-up, Peach Telecom as their Sales Director. From a standing start, Martin recruited both a successful telemarketing and sales team that help generate a turnover of £9m when he left the business in 2013. Martin has vast experience across all areas of the business and has built some solid relationships within the industry.
